Join Lauren in a prenatal practice to connect your body and breath to your changing self and growing baby. This class will focus on bringing

awareness to the breath with pranayama, bringing peace to the mind with meditation, and bringing ease to the body with gentle

stretching and strengthening. We will explore subtle energy locks, open the hips, and delve into restorative postures to ease labor, prepare for birth, and soothe you during the postpartum period.

This class will provide overall holistic support for the soon to be (again) momma, deeply connect you to the growing life inside, and encourage you to trust your instincts.

Lauren is a yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic practitioner, an occupational therapist, and most importantly, a mom. She weaves her traditional western understanding of the human body with the thoughts and teachings of her eastern studies to form a practice that is uniquely her own.
